1.法蘭密封墊采用5mm橡膠板或8501阻燃密封帶。
1. The flange sealing gasket adopts 5mm rubber plate or 8501 flame retardant sealing tape.
2.鍍鋅風管的咬合縫、鉚釘縫、法蘭翻邊四角等縫隙涂有密封膠(如中性玻璃膠)。涂密封膠前，應(yīng)清除表面灰塵和油污。
2. Sealant (such as neutral glass adhesive) is applied to the seams of galvanized air ducts, such as bite seams, rivet seams, and flange flanges. Before applying sealant, surface dust and oil stains should be removed.
3.法蘭螺孔與鉚釘孔之間的距離不得大于100mm。矩形法蘭的四角應(yīng)設(shè)置螺孔。彎頭、三通等管件的導(dǎo)流片應(yīng)用平頭鉚釘固定。嚴禁使用抽芯鉚釘。在鉚釘上涂上密封膠。
The distance between flange screw holes and rivet holes shall not exceed 100mm. The four corners of the rectangular flange should be equipped with screw holes. The guide vanes of pipes such as elbows and tees should be fixed with flat headed rivets. It is strictly prohibited to use pop rivets. Apply sealant to the rivets.
4.鍍鋅風管與法蘭連接時，翻邊應(yīng)平整緊貼法蘭，寬度不小于7mm。
When connecting the galvanized air duct to the flange, the flange should be flat and tightly pressed against the flange, with a width of no less than 7mm.
5.軟接頭采用角鋼法蘭連接。

7.鍍鋅風管的咬口形式為單咬口和聯(lián)合角咬口。

8.鍍鋅風管直管的制造應(yīng)盡量減少縱向拼接縫，不得有橫向拼接縫。當邊長小于或等于900mm時，底板不得有拼接縫，大于900mm時不得有橫向拼接縫。
8. The manufacturing of galvanized air ducts and straight pipes should minimize longitudinal seams as much as possible, and there should be no transverse seams. When the side length is less than or equal to 900mm, the bottom plate shall not have splicing joints, and when it is greater than 900mm, there shall be no transverse splicing joints.
9.當板材尺寸能滿足下料要求，損耗率不會太大時，可以考慮將彎頭、三通等配件與直線段連接，減少法蘭接口。
When the plate size can meet the cutting requirements and the loss rate is not too high, it can be considered to connect elbows, tees, and other accessories to the straight section to reduce flange interfaces.
